Healthy

Life is about balance, you cannot maintain an extremist regime - that is the reality. I live by a mostly 80/20 rule of 80% clean and wholesome, and 20% not so clean. It’s important to be kind to yourself and have a balanced approach. For me it’s the ultimate way to heal my relationship with my body, my mind, and my spirit, and the food that fuels it all.

Fitness is an integral part of living a well-rounded and health conscious life. I workout to reward my body, not to punish it. Finding the right form of exervcis was the most important step for me! Whatever that looks like for you, keep crushing it! Good health is connected to movement so don’t be shy about doing what makes you feel best.

sTRONG

Strength is empowering. Lifting weights absolutely changed the way I view myself. I gained a new appreciation for what I could do and therefore for how special I am. Strength is not just a physical characteristic, it takes a lot of strength to evolve, to grow mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Trust me, you are so much stronger than you give yourself credit for.
